Shipping charges are not included in the product price and will be borne by the customer. All samples will be dispatched using standard ground services via trusted partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS (for sampling purposes only).
Production & Dispatch Timeline:
Please note that production timelines range from 30 to 120 days, depending on the style and quantity, starting from the confirmation of the order and receipt of the advance payment. After completion of production, We strive to dispatch orders within 7 to 10 business days under normal operating conditions. However, shipments will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery:
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, as this depends on the courier partner and the destination. Shipment will be arranged either through a nominated or free-hand forwarder, based on the agreed shipping terms once the order is approved.
For international shipments, we accept all standard International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS). Please plan accordingly as delivery may take longer, depending on the courier and location.
